We place the highest demands on the manufacturing process.

The manufacturing of durable products is our top priority. That is why we only use quality components in all IVT and Staudte Hirsch devices. Many of our products are manufactured within Europe. This allows us to keep our supply chains as short as possible.

Effective quality management

Another integral part of our quality management is that we put our products through their paces before delivery. This approach enables us to offer you a 3 year manufacturer's guarantee on all IVT and Staudte Hirsch products.

Excluded from this guarantee are rechargeable batteries as well as batteries.

All our IVT and Staudte Hirsch products are designed for versatile use.

We make sure that our devices can be used or installed safely and reliably even under the most adverse conditions indoors and outdoors, in the tightest of spaces and when exposed to strong vibrations and shocks, e.g. in vehicles.

All mobile lights from IVT and Staudte Hirsch are equipped with a switchable emergency light function and can be used reliably even in dusty and wet conditions thanks to their high IP protection rating (up to IP 67).
The well thought-out design and the extensive range of basic and safety accessories allow the high-quality IVT inverters to be used reliably and safely in both commercial and private applications.

Tough professional use can sometimes lead to wear and tear. Our solution: Our premium spare parts service will provide you with the suitable original spare part in the usual top IVT and Staudte Hirsch quality even years later – at extremely fair prices.

Reliable repair service

Our products are designed in such a way that they can be easily repaired. Our team of qualified technicians is happy to carry out repairs for you. The quickly and thoroughly repaired devices are usually returned to you within 14 working days.

Second choice products at outlet prices

IVT does not discard display devices, new goods with minor scratches or returned goods with slight signs of use. These products are tested by our technicians and refurbished if necessary. As second choice devices, we offer them at a significantly reduced price.

Conserving resources

Saving packaging waste

Our products are packaged to save as much space as possible. We keep outer packaging as small as possible.

Recycling used cardboard boxes

Undamaged, sturdy cardboard boxes are reused for new dispatches. Used cardboard boxes that can no longer be used are shredded and reused as filling material. This is another valuable and practical contribution to environmental protection.

To avoid unnecessary transport routes and shipping or freight costs, you decide to which recipient your order should be delivered.

As a manufacturer, it is important to us that our electronic products are professionally collected and recycled after many years of use.

Circular economy – avoiding electronic waste and disposing of it in an environmentally friendly way

Through durable design, maintenance, reuse, repair and recycling, it is possible to generate less waste and thus conserve natural resources. Ideally, this extends the life cycle of the product to a maximum. Recycling is in this respect the last resort.

Graphic: Note on environmental protection

At the end of their service life, electronic products may not be disposed of together with normal household waste, but has to be dropped off at a collection center for the recycling of electrical and electronic devices. This is indicated by the symbol on the product, on the instruction manual or on the packaging. The materials of which this product is made are recyclable pursuant to their labelling. With the reuse, the recycling of the materials or other forms of scrap usage, you are making an important contribution to the protection of the environment. Please ask your local authorities for the appropriate disposal center.

Donating instead of throwing it away

If your old appliance still works or can be repaired, reuse it by for example donating it to a charity organisation or giving it to someone as a gift. By extending the service life of your used appliance, you are helping to ensure that resources are used efficiently and additional waste is avoided.
