Repair service

It goes without saying that our repair work is carried out quickly and carefully. After the warranty period has expired, we will provide an estimate of the costs in advance.

Spare parts service

If you wish to repair the device yourself, we deliver the required spare parts even years later. Please note, however, that repair works may only be performed by authorized professionals.

OEM-Service

Should you additionally have special wishes and requirements regarding our products, we gladly adapt them according to your specifications or develop individualized solutions.

Entry as authorised dealer

On request, we will be happy to include you as an authorised sales partner in our dealer directory for end consumers.

3 years manufacturer warranty

We are fully convinced of the performance, technology and workmanship of IVT and Staudte Hirsch products.

Therefore, we offer you a 3 year manufacturer warranty.

Of course, this is also valid for products which have been built, modified and designed according to your wishes and specifications.

Rechargeable batteries and batteries are excluded from this warranty.
