Efective protection against dengrous leakage currents
The leakage protector EMP200S-1 provides effective protection against dangerous residual currents. Because even with proper use of electrical consumers life-threatening leakage currents, e.g. caused by wear, faulty insulation or damaged power lines. If these defects go unnoticed there is an increased risk of accidents, especially in connection with moisture.
Inserted between the socket and the consumer, the EMP200S-1 provides a reliable remedy. If a leakage current occurs in the load circuit, the EMP200S-1 disconnects the load from the mains at lightning speed (<30 ms). After eliminating the error, the FI switch can be reset by pressing a button.
The max. connected load to the leakage protector is 3600 W – enought for tools or large-area lighting systems.
The functionality of the leakage protector can be checked directly on the adapter using the safety check function.
The housing is protected against ingress of foreign bodies and splash water (IP 44) and equipped with a child safety device.
