Intelligent charging management between starter and secondary battery
By virtue of the intelligent charging management of the second battery charger the energy produced at peak time can be stored easily and effectively inside a secondary battery.
The second battery charger regulates the primary charging into the main battery. If this one is full the device automatically switches to the second battery. Thus, both batteries within your solar isle system or your vehicle will be charged.
If the battery voltage of the main battery drops below 12.8 V the connection between the two batteries will be interrupted automatically in order to protect them. Current can still be withdrawn from the second battery. It is essential that insignificant electrical consumers are only connected to the secondary battery.
The electronic is suitable for all 12 V lead batteries. The switching capacity of the electronic is sufficient for batteries up to 500 Ah. The second battery charger is E-mark certified and thus, suitable for permanent mounting is all vehicles licensed for public traffic.
Second Battery Charger in vehicles
The use of a second battery charger becomes reasonable in the case an inverter or other 12 V electrical consumers are often operated in a vehicle. In order to prevent an excessive discharging of the starter battery it is recommended to install an additional battery together with a second battery charger.
Please be aware that the inverter or 12 V electrical consumers should only be connected to the secondary battery. Thus, even if the secondary battery is discharged, the motor can start with the aid of the primary/starter battery.
Second Battery Charger within a solar isle system
By virtue of the intelligent charging management of the second battery charger the energy produced during peak time can be stored easily and effectively inside a secondary battery. With this, you can always ensure the energy supply for particularly important electrical consumers in a very simply manner.
Example of use:
Important electrical consumers such as, alarm system or cooling units, which must function at all times should be connected to the primary battery. The secondary battery supplies less important electrical consumers such as, TV or radio with power.

Solar isle systems as well as private cars, motor homes, mobile homes, boat, tractor, bus, truck, construction vehicles and many others.
